Panthers first round draft choice Kelvin Benjamin caught 6 of 8 balls thrown his way for 92 yards in his NFL debut including a jaw dropping 29 yard touchdown grab while being mugged by Tampa Bay defensive back Mike Jenkins. Some of you were surprised by his break out game this early in the season. Some of us were not. 

 

Benjamin's impressive week 1 performance came without starting QB Cam Newton, who sat out nursing a cracked rib.
